I am updating from one of the bars in Atenas and don't have much time to go into detail. Things have been both strikingly beautiful and incredibly challenging. The cultural differences here, especially with families, are really interesting. Kids live with their parents for much longer, doors remain open, everything is on tico time - very laid back.
